  This place is run by thief’s
  
  they tell you a price and when you go to pick up your stuff the price gos up
  
  Also give your clothes back shrank or damaged
  The ruined a $500 jumper for me
  
  They also wash peoples clothes in there house on quigg street where they live.
  
  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY

  Fantastic dry cleaner. Have been coming here for years. They really take good care of you and your clothes, even really difficult pieces like my wedding dress

  It is a very bad customer service, I have dropped my thick bed covers to be cleaned. It returned very stink and not clean at all. It was smelling really bad and I returned them to the lady there asking for my money back. She refused impolitely and told that she will clean them again. I refused and asked for my money again when she started to screem. I lost about 60$ and my covers now smells bad and requires proper cleaning.

  Would be nice if they attended the costumers by their order of arrival. Unfortunately there seem to be other "priorities" in the order costumers are attended to... Was giving it a try today, surely won't be coming back today or any other day.

  I went here to try their service for the first time.I dropped off my coat in the afternoon and asked them to steam it and fix one button,no need to dryclean.I went back on the following afternoon to pick it up.No other customers at the front when I came.I gave her my blueslip then she went at the back where I couldn't see her and all I was thinking is she would grab my coat from there and she'll be back in a tick.Then I waited.......and waited...and waited...and waited....and waited...and waited..until I realized I've been waiting for about 10-12 min.I started to get upset as at the back of my head "what the hell is taking sooooo long for her to get my coat??"...then I started to think that maybe my coat has not been done yet,yes,probably not yet,cause if it is ready,she should be out from the back in a tick!!!! So then,If it is hasn't done yet she should be telling me at least "we are sorry for the wait,you're coat will be ready soon".I would be OK if she would have said something like that,but there's none.I couldn't even see her shadow.Then I left as I have been waiting for so long.I went in the chemist just few shops away from them.I think I spent just 7min in the chemist and I went back to this drycleaner.By the time I reached the front,I saw 4 customers and getting serve by a man but the lady isn't there yet.Then 3min later she came out with my coat saying "it's ready"...I asked her to take off from the clear plastic cover as I needed to wear it that time.She gave it to me,i inspected the button,button is fixed nicely,but the way they steamed my coat is awful! Only at the front it looks perfectly nice,but the back and sleeves needed more attention as it was still wrinkled.Honestly,it needed more steam.But then I didn't say anything to her about it as if they would re-do it,i was wondering how long would I have to wait again..and guess what? No sorry for long waiting from her.Definitely I won't come back!!!
