  This is one of the worst domino stores. It made me switch to pizza hut!
  I gave them 3 chances but they screwed up every time. Not only that but their pizzas are one of the worst. Never order again!
  
  1st time: Driver went to the wrong house, went to the wrong suburb!
  
  2nd time: they were about 1 hr late! Who knows why... not enough workers? They didn't pick up the phone or just told me to hold.
  
  3rd time: A little late but I let that slide, I didn't take the receipt from the driver (he didn't give it to me and I didn't ask for it) I later found my receipt chucked away on my driveway! My home is not a rubbish bin.

  They have home delivery than people come to pick up. It’s not the best place to come with family to have pizza. Other pizza shops are busier for the family to enjoy their pizza which is freshly made.

  As someone who was been all around Australia and had many Domino's Pizzas over my years Lakemba Domino's is the worst store I have interacted with. Unfortunately I don't imagine they will see these reviews or that Domino's HQ will attempt to improve the store and the service it offers but it is critically awful.
  
  As of writing this review I have had several deliveries from the Lakemba store as the Domino's website doesn't allow store changes which I had happily attempt. I don't mind the pizza being late, I do mind soggy, under-cooked cold messes that this store is willing to call Pizzas and sides.
  
  Customer services is bad, you'd expect that at fast-food stores, but the fact that drivers will not say hello or any other form of greeting just shows a huge lack of decency and respect for customers. If drivers have to double check if I have paid and yet they still get the order wrong that just goes to show this.
  
  I'd recommend ensuring future staff have a moderate level of social skills to greet customers and if they need to call them have a script, not just; 'Hello? Yes Hello? I am driver, I am at front'. Most people wouldn't know if it was the domino's driver or just some random with their phone number.

  When I ordered pizza for the first time it was bad. But, I thought why not give it a second try and that was a big mistake. The pizza was the worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted in my life. Horrible customer service. I would consider myself a fool, if I go there for third time and expecting good pizza from dominos Lakemba branch. There should be 0 star rating option. So that I could give zero star!!!

  We bought the dessert sampler and they came overly burnt.
  We called the store and the guy answering said he personally checked the sweets and they were fine before leaving the store (by his standard).
  They did send replacements, which was much better, but still has some semi burnt pieces.
